Açıkçası daha kapsamlı bekliyordum ama yine de görülmeye değer. Eskinin binalar arasında sıkışık haldeki müzesi çevresi açılınca daha iyi bir konuma kavuşmuş. Sırt çantanızı açığa bırakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Vakıfların yayınları camekanlarda yer alıyor ve incelemek istediğinizde yardımcı olacak kimse yok. Kitaplara yöneldiğinizde sanki gidin artık der gibi buraya kadar denilmesi hoş değil ama eserlerin hatrına puanlamada bunu dikkate almıyorum. Bazı eserlerde nereden geldiği yada ne olduğu bilgisi yer almıyor (sarıklar gibi). Kur'an'ı Kerim koleksiyonu şahane.

Melike Hatun Caminin hemen yanında yer alan müze bize hiç ummadığımız çeşitlilikte eser sundu. Toplamda 5 tane salon var . Birinci salon ilk katta , diğer salonlar ikinci katta . Merdivenden çıkarken desenlerin anlamlarına mutlaka göz atmalısınız. Türkiye'nin dört bir yerinden farklı camilerden gelen kilimler sergileniyor. Salon 5'e kesinlikle uğrayın, Kabe'nin eski örtüleri sergileniyor, bazı ziyaretçilerin gözünden kacabildigini belirtiler .
