Kentin yönetim binası olarak bilinen meclisin yapımı M.Ö. 2.yy’a uzanıyor. Yapının üç duvarına paralel olarak konumlandırılan 640 kişilik oturma düzenine sahip yapının üstü ahşap bir çatı ile kapalıymış. Yapının tam ortasında tanrı büstleriyle süslenmiş mermer bir sunak görülebilir. Bouleuterion’un hemen aşağısında bulunan ve kentin kalbi olan çarşısı, yanıbaşındaki dükkanlarıyla birlikte halkın en önemli sosyalleşme alanıdır.
