Harput’a girişte ana yolun sol tarafında bulunan cami, müzedeki kitabesine göre Pervane Ağa tarafından 1559 yılında yaptırılmıştır. Sadece minaresi ayakta kalan camii, 1996 yılında ibadethane bölümünde yapılan yenileme çalışmaları ile ibadete açılmıştır.
